First come, first served. Sales begin at 10am local time. Each wristband permits purchase of a maximum of one unit of each MARKERAD product style, as available. Wristband does not guarantee product availability or purchase. While supplies last.**Not available online or in Planning Studio. Selection may vary by store. Each IKEA store may not carry all 15 product styles in the MARKERAD collection. Camping and overnight parking are not permitted.

a week before I have received the update from my friends Dennis, I was able to prepare thanks to his help. I hear the IKEA location will be releasing this collection. still some of his last few items like his carpet were released at an exclusive pop up event.,

the best thing I plan to do is be in the line earliest I can , I woke up around 4:30am and arrived around 5:30am and the line already busy.

It was a very chilling morning and I didnt prepare a jacket for the event. Many people are already lined up since mid midnight, they brought their chair ready to camp for this event.

Event was handling very well , the IKEA employee was checking everyone if they are doing okay or if they need go to the bathroom. They even had security to make sure of everyones safety.

By 7AM, people Began receiving the wristband for the event in line.

After receiving your wristband, you were able to walk around and get some food and drinks .

Saw this awesome sacai blazer in person. Really love the details in the design.

They only allowed a small group in for shopping in the 2nd floor. They made the event with a DJ in hand and some event staff to help answer any questions.

When you wait for the line, they also gave you a special treat.

First one that was gone was the Mona Lisa, an unique wall canvas with USB light up. For sure Virgil will able to reuse this world-famous painting on this collection. everyone is trying to get this one. They sold out as soon as we arrived.

The display furniture was something I really loved. The simple natural wood colors.

The chair frame is made of solid wood, which is a durable natural material. The clear-lacquered surface is easy to wipe clean. May be completed with FIXA stick-on floor protectors to protect the underlying surface against wear. $149.00

Another popular item was the “wet Grass” carpet. I love the texture and colors.

Testing a sneaker shoot, the color has some color depth from light to dark.

The toolbox set is next to the DJ, unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take details pics.

Another item was a big rug with an IKEA receipt printed on it.

In person, the clock is very nice and the size was much bigger than I was expecting.

I think I got home around 11:30 AM. so I have time to relaxed and take a hot shower and nap.

So sure I got the MARKERAD 17-piece toolset, I think the box is nice with clear see-through plastic cover lids. the original set was from the Designer: H Preutz , you can get the same one with cheaper price for alternative

The event was awesome! I was able meeting some local new friends who is interested in the hype stuff. Lots sneaker talk and street fashion. This reminds me of the old school sneaker line up and meeting new friends and supporting local street cultures. IKEA did a very good job for managing the event. Everything went very well . Everyone was chill and happy to cop their winning items.
