    Jinbaran – Bali, Indonesia-

On the last day in Bali, we decided to do some shopping.

The Havaianas Sandals outlet was having a huge sale so we were able to cop some great deals.

At lunch, we ate one Bali’s famous pork dishes. It was delicious!

    Team Foodies!

The set up for dinner was amazing! We were able to watch the sunset while eating seafood.

The Jinbaran sunset was beautiful and totally worth the trip!

Thanks Josh, Budi, and Rendy for an amazing dinner before heading back to Jakarta.

Krisna was a good place to stop by. It had a huge gift shop and everything you need to bring back home for friends and family, plus prices were very reasonable.

Time to say goodbye to Bali. It was a wonderful and memorable trip. I can’t wait go back again.

Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park (Ungasan) – Bali, Indonesia

Thanks @buditandiono for sending me these pics since I accidentally deleted all my Bali pics from my last day.

I couldn’t wait to see the Wisnu statue.

    This place was awesome!

Garuda is a bird creature from Hindu mythology that is a mix of eagle and human features.

In the park you can also enjoy the famous traditional Barong dance performances.

The park workers were nice enough to take pictures with me.

The ticket price wasn’t bad at all. It was a nice place to check out and learn about Balinese mythology.

  • La Laguna – Bali, Indonesia

    La Laguna – Bali, Indonesia

This place was inspired by horses and Spanish Gypsy heritage. It took almost two intense years of designing by Gonzalo and Sandra Assiego.

Located on the sands that border Berawa and Batu Belig, when you walk on the beach, it looks like a mystical, fantasy world. The lagoon opens out to the expansive Bali shoreline and their famous Bali sunsets.

There was a club where you could get drinks.

There was lots of seating to just sit and relax.

    The sunset was stunning!

This wooden bridge is a popular spot for photo ops.

You’ll definitely want to check out this cool place if you stop by Kuta in Bali. For more information, check out: https://lalagunabali.com.

Habitual Quench & Feed – Bali, Indonesia

Before heading to the beach and hanging out with a couple friends from Jakarta, we decided to have a quick lunch which was a place located near a farm.

It was cafe with a very western style feel. I loved the garden set up.

The interior was clean and simple. I really liked the lighting fixtures.

There was a small view of the kitchen.

They served breakfast and had a good drink selection.

Their fries were cut thicker, which is my favorite, and the burger was juicy and tender.

The food, presentation, and dining experience were all great! I would definitely recommend checking them out.

    Made’s Warung – Bali, Indonesia

Thank you to everyone who made my first trip to Bali so awesome!

There was so much detail in their traditional provide Balinese buildings, incorporating their religion.

There was a restaurant that looked like a classic Chinese building with a courtyard.

I remember the herbal drink was awesome.

    Ginger with hot tea.

There were lots of great dishes with pork which is one of the most popular dishes in Bali.

You’ll definitely want to make sure you stop by Kuta when in Bali.

  • Sate Bawah Phon Legian – Bali, Indonesia

Sate Bawah Phon Legian – Bali, Indonesia

The pork satay was a popular dish in Bali. Many food lovers or bloggers visit this one destination when they visit in Bali, Sate Babi Bawah Pohon (translation, “pork satay under the tree”).

Budi, Josh, and Rendy told me that this place has been around for many years. The restaurant is right next to a soccer field called, Gelora Tri Sakti.

Everything was made fresh and grilled, BBQ-style, in an open kitchen so you can watch them grill the skewers.

The queue was so long and many tourists were lined up to get a taste.

The pork was marinated really well and the flavor was sweet.

They typically provide a chilli and some sea salt, on the side, with your order. You can also choose to get rice or rice cakes.

This is possibly is the best satay I’ve ever had. It was so delicious and I can see why this place had a lot of people waiting in line.

  • Kuta – Bali 2

    Kuta – Bali 2

Another amazing day in Kuta, Bali so we decided to explore more and shop!

This place was full of wall to wall tourists.

I went inside my favorite store but didn’t find any goodies.

They had such amazing murals by many artists which has become a great photo spot.

Even famous artist, Sheperd Fairey, left some of his famous work in Bali.

    Photo time!

This was a crazy fish foot spa! It felt a little weird having little tiny fish attack your feet.

    This was an indoor garden.

Rendy ran into some of his old friends!

Be careful what you touch while shopping in Bali.

It was an amazing adventure, checking out a lot of awesome stores and exploring the area.

We took some photos and then headed to the beach.

Be sure to check out my next post for more food and adventure.

  • Grocer & Grind – Bali, Indonesia

Grocer & Grind – Bali, Indonesia

An amazing day in Bali with beautiful weather so we started with breakfast at Grocer & Grind.

They had an open kitchen so you can watch the food-making process.

    They had fresh coconut.

I ordered the banana protein pancake with caramelized banana, strawberries, and syrup. It was so good.

I definitely plan to go back when I’m in Bali again.

  • Checking Out Kuta Beach – Bali

Checking Out Kuta Beach – Bali

We had some extra time so we were able to check out Kuta Beach in Bali.

There were so many cool buildings and temples.

There was a hidden spot inside a valley. Thanks for the pictures, Josh.

Rendy tried to arrest me. Hahaha!

At the mall, you could take photos with a couple of pageant queens.

I had such a good time with Rendy, Budi, and Josh. Until next time.
