  • Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Static

Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Static

Adidas and Kanye finally come up with a new idea for the Yeezy 350 V2 silhouette. The brand new design will remove the signature SPLY-350-branded forefoot stripe and replace it with a new see-through material.

The box is still the same design.

I love the new color scheme, Static grey and white, as well as the new pattern.

This time, Yeezy released a limited “Reflective” version which is a completely reflective shoe instead of just the shoelace.

The chance to cop them is much easier so just make sure you’re on time to get them when they’re released.

  • Air Jordan 6 Retro Infrared 2019

Air Jordan 6 Retro Infrared 2019

Finally, the legendary Air Jordan 6 Black Infrared has made its comeback, this year!

This sneaker was one of the most popular retro Jordans and was worn by Michael Jordan during his first NBA championship.

This colorway was released several times before. The 2019 version will be returning with the original branding with the Nike Air logo on the back.

On Saturday morning, I went to the local mall around 8:30am, in front of Finish Line. I was surprised how easy it was to get them. There weren’t many people but there was enough hype for them to sell out on the Nike app. I was able to use a $20 reward toward my purchase so I was able to save some money.

As soon as I got them, I couldn’t wait to open them!

Nike kept the classic shoe box with the retro Jordan jumpman logo.

I got a pair for my baby girl, about 5 years ago, so the sole has yellowed a bit.

Overall, I was able get them without any issues. This model is still one of the best Jordan models and colorways. Don’t miss out on your chance to cop them.

  • Sate Bawah Phon Legian – Bali, Indonesia

Sate Bawah Phon Legian – Bali, Indonesia

The pork satay was a popular dish in Bali. Many food lovers or bloggers visit this one destination when they visit in Bali, Sate Babi Bawah Pohon (translation, “pork satay under the tree”).

Budi, Josh, and Rendy told me that this place has been around for many years. The restaurant is right next to a soccer field called, Gelora Tri Sakti.

Everything was made fresh and grilled, BBQ-style, in an open kitchen so you can watch them grill the skewers.

The queue was so long and many tourists were lined up to get a taste.

The pork was marinated really well and the flavor was sweet.

They typically provide a chilli and some sea salt, on the side, with your order. You can also choose to get rice or rice cakes.

This is possibly is the best satay I’ve ever had. It was so delicious and I can see why this place had a lot of people waiting in line.

  • Kuta – Bali 2

    Kuta – Bali 2

Another amazing day in Kuta, Bali so we decided to explore more and shop!

This place was full of wall to wall tourists.

I went inside my favorite store but didn’t find any goodies.

They had such amazing murals by many artists which has become a great photo spot.

Even famous artist, Sheperd Fairey, left some of his famous work in Bali.

    Photo time!

This was a crazy fish foot spa! It felt a little weird having little tiny fish attack your feet.

    This was an indoor garden.

Rendy ran into some of his old friends!

Be careful what you touch while shopping in Bali.

It was an amazing adventure, checking out a lot of awesome stores and exploring the area.

We took some photos and then headed to the beach.

Be sure to check out my next post for more food and adventure.

  • Mochi Dochi Pop Up! / East End Market – Orlando, FL

Mochi Dochi Pop Up! / East End Market – Orlando, FL

Thanks to my editor, Larnna, she recommended that I check out a local pop-up event, by a local business, at East End Market.

We arrived a little early the event and there was already a line of people, waiting to get their hands on some mochi donuts by Mochi Dochi.

Since it was St. Patrick’s Day weekend, some lucky customers received a pandan and pistachio mochi donut.

It was $13 for half a dozen donuts. A single donut was $2.50.

The flavors for St. Patrick’s Day weekend were:

    • Guava & Cheese⁣
    • Black Sesame⁣
    • Taro Pebbles ⁣
    • Matcha Oreos⁣

The line moved quickly and the staff was very friendly and nice.

We were able to grab half a dozen mochi donuts and took them home to enjoy.

The matcha one was my favorite. The other mochi donut flavors were very tasty.

Grocer & Grind – Bali, Indonesia

An amazing day in Bali with beautiful weather so we started with breakfast at Grocer & Grind.

They had an open kitchen so you can watch the food-making process.

    They had fresh coconut.

I ordered the banana protein pancake with caramelized banana, strawberries, and syrup. It was so good.

I definitely plan to go back when I’m in Bali again.

  • Checking Out Kuta Beach – Bali

Checking Out Kuta Beach – Bali

We had some extra time so we were able to check out Kuta Beach in Bali.

There were so many cool buildings and temples.

There was a hidden spot inside a valley. Thanks for the pictures, Josh.

Rendy tried to arrest me. Hahaha!

At the mall, you could take photos with a couple of pageant queens.

I had such a good time with Rendy, Budi, and Josh. Until next time.

  • Boxi Park Lake Nona – Orlando, FL

Boxi Park Lake Nona – Orlando, FL

I was super excited for this new open-area, with food and outdoor fun, near my house, to open. My family and I made plans to check it out.

There was parking available by a few of the restaurants.

There were small tents selling merchandise and food.

There was a projection on a huge wall next to more parking.

There was a popular photo spot.

It was really well organized, directing everyone toward parking.

Maps were handed out, to show what food vendors and restaurants were available.

When we went, it was a hot day so we picked up dessert at Before It Melts.

We got the Sundae Specialty with black vanilla soft serve and an exotic fruit surprise waffle bowl. I totally recommend it.

My brother ordered a lobster roll with lobster and hollandaise waffle fries.

Be sure to check their hours of operation before going because as of right now, they’re open at 4pm til pretty late which is great for drinks with friends.
